Tier 1 (一档); Tibet sets a single unified region-wide minimum wage (no real multi-tier geographic split), so 2,360 CNY/month is the applicable top standard. Effective 2025-11-01, raised from 2,100 CNY/month (20 CNY/hour, in effect since 2023-09-01) to 2,360 CNY/month and 23 CNY/hour. The adjustment opinion was approved 2025-09-17 and the policy interpretation published 2025-09-28. Monthly standard applies to full-time workers; hourly (23 CNY) applies to part-time/非全日制 workers.
