新华网 (Xinhua) / 江苏省人力资源和社会保障厅Tier 1 (一类地区/一档); Effective 2026-01-01, announced by the Jiangsu Provincial Human Resources & Social Security Bureau (江苏省人力资源和社会保障厅) on 2025-12-29 with State Council/provincial-government approval. Jiangsu uses three tiers. Full-time monthly minimum wage: Tier 1 (一类地区) 2660 CNY, Tier 2 2430 CNY, Tier 3 2180 CNY. Part-time hourly minimum: Tier 1 25 CNY, Tier 2 23 CNY, Tier 3 21 CNY. This replaced the prior 2024-01-01 rates (Tier 1: 2490 monthly / 24 hourly). Tier 1 covers major cities incl.
