Single national Remuneración Mínima Vital (RMV) of S/ 1,130/month, applicable to private-sector full-time workers under the standard schedule of 8 hours/day or 48 hours/week. Set by Decreto Supremo N.° 006-2024-TR (published 28 Dec 2024), which raised it from S/ 1,025; in effect since 1 Jan 2025 and unchanged through mid-2026 (a possible revision by the Consejo Nacional de Trabajo is anticipated in H2 2026 but not yet enacted). No regional tiers; the national RMV is uniform, though some sectors (mining, tech) and certain regimes pay above it.
