Tier 1 (一档); On 2025-12-29 the Zhejiang Provincial Government issued a notice adjusting the province-wide minimum wage standards effective 2026-01-01. New monthly minimum wage (full-time): Tier 1 = 2660 CNY, Tier 2 = 2430 CNY, Tier 3 = 2180 CNY. Part-time hourly minimum: Tier 1 = 25 CNY, Tier 2 = 23 CNY, Tier 3 = 21 CNY. This supersedes 浙政发〔2024〕3号 (the previous standard effective 2024-01-01, which had Tier 1 = 2490 CNY / 24 CNY/hour). Since today is 2026-06-19, the 2660 CNY Tier 1 rate is the current effective standard. Individual prefecture-level cities select which tier applies locally based on economic development; major cities (e.g., Hangzhou, Ningbo) apply Tier 1.
