Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2026" (via Ministry of Finance / Minfin index)Ukraine publishes BOTH a native statutory hourly minimum and a monthly minimum, set annually by the State Budget Law. Effective 1 Jan 2026: hourly = UAH 52.00/hour; monthly = UAH 8,647 gross (pre-tax). This was the first increase since 2023, up from UAH 48.00/hour and UAH 8,000/month in 2025 (an 8.09% monthly rise). The rate is fixed for all of 2026 with no mid-year increase (confirmed unchanged from 1 July 2026). Standard statutory full-time week is 40 hours (Article 50, Labour Code). Figures are gross/accrued before taxes; net pay after deductions is approximately UAH 6,658. No separate national statutory sub-minima for youth/apprentices identified.
