Lebanon Ministry of Labor Decree #699 (Official Gazette #32, 24 July 2025), via WageIndicator.org and AldicNational statutory monthly minimum basic salary for private-sector adult full-time workers, set by Ministry of Labor Decree #699 (published Official Gazette #32, 24 July 2025), effective 1 August 2025, raising the floor from LBP 18,000,000 (Decree #13164, April 2024) to LBP 28,000,000/month (approx. USD 312-313 at the ~89,500 LBP/USD market rate). A separate tier exists for daily workers: minimum LBP 1,300,000 per day. I chose the standard monthly-salaried employee tier as it covers the largest group. Lebanon publishes the minimum only as a monthly figure; weekly_hours_used=48 reflects the statutory standard work week under the Lebanese Labour Code (max 48 hours/week). The decree noted cost-of-living to be reconsidered within 6 months, but as of June 2026 no newer decree has superseded the LBP 28,000,000 rate. Separately, a transportation allowance (LBP 450,000/working day, Decree 12966 of Feb 2024) applies but is not part of the basic minimum wage.
