National statutory minimum wage is JOD 290/month (gross), set by the Tripartite Minimum Wage Committee and approved by the Council of Ministers, effective 1 Jan 2025 (up from JOD 260). Confirmed unchanged through 2026 by Trading Economics and multiple payroll sources. This is the standard adult full-time rate applying to most workers (both Jordanian nationals and foreign workers). TIERS: the garment/textile sector has a separate lower minimum of JOD 230/month, and non-Jordanian domestic workers were excluded from the increase; I selected the JOD 290 national standard tier as it covers the largest group. Only a monthly rate is published; basis=converted_from_monthly. Standard statutory weekly hours in Jordan are 48 (8 hours/day, typically Sunday-Thursday); did not compute hourly per instructions.
