Tier 1 (一档); Effective 2025-09-01, Anhui adjusted its province-wide minimum wage to four tiers (monthly, full-time): 2320 / 2170 / 2100 / 2000 CNY. Non-full-time hourly tiers: 23 / 22 / 21 / 20 CNY. Tier 1 (highest) = 2320 CNY/month and 23 CNY/hour, applied in Hefei urban districts (合肥市区: 蜀山区、庐阳区、包河区、经开区、高新区、新站区) and Tongling urban districts (铜陵市区). This replaced the previous 2023-03-01 standard whose Tier 1 was 2060 CNY/month. The standard includes the social insurance and housing fund contributions payable by the worker. Confirmed by 新浪财经 and 合肥本地宝 (https://hf.bendibao.com/live/2025916/103222.shtm), both citing provincial document 皖政办秘〔2025〕32号. As of today (2026-06-19) this is the current effective rate.
