Native hourly: Region I 25,500; Region II 22,700; Region III 20,000; Region IV 17,800 VND/hour. I report Region I (major cities incl. Hanoi/Ho Chi Minh City urban districts), the standard headline reference tier. The published hourly rate corresponds to monthly/208, consistent with the statutory standard normal working time of up to 48 hours/week (~208 hrs/month).
