Official derived breakdowns: daily gross TRY 1,101, hourly gross TRY 146.80, annual gross TRY 396,360. This is a +27% increase over the 2025 rate (gross TRY 26,005.50 / net TRY 22,104.67). Statutory weekly working hours are 45. Set once per year by the tripartite Minimum Wage Determination Commission; a mid-year CPI-triggered revision is possible (precedent in 2022) — monitor Resmî Gazete in mid-2026.
