WageIndicator.org (cross-checked with Banco Central de Venezuela / Decreto 4.653 de 2022)Single national statutory minimum wage (no age/region/sector tiers); applies to standard adult full-time workers. Legal salario mínimo = VES 130/month, frozen since 15 March 2022 (Decreto Presidencial 4.653/2022) and still valid as of June 2026 per WageIndicator. NOTE: This base figure is what counts for pensions, prestaciones sociales (severance), social security and vacation pay. Venezuela's government separately publishes an "ingreso mínimo integral" (~US$240/month as of 1 May 2026, up from US$190), but this is paid as NON-SALARY bonuses (bono de guerra económica US$200 + cestaticket alimentación US$40) and is explicitly excluded from the legal salary base — so it is not the statutory minimum wage. Standard legal workweek is 40 hours under the LOTTT. Currency note: after the 2021 redenomination (removed 6 zeros), older databases may show 13,000,000 in the pre-2021 currency, equal to today's VES 130. At the official BCV rate the VES 130 base is worth roughly US$0.27/month.
