北京市人力资源和社会保障局 (Beijing Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau)Tier 1 (一档); Beijing is a municipality with a single (uniform) minimum wage standard, reported here as Tier 1. Effective 2025-09-01, the monthly minimum wage for full-time workers was raised from 2420 to 2540 CNY/month. The non-full-time (part-time) hourly minimum wage (非全日制从业人员小时最低工资) rose from 26.4 to 27.7 CNY/hour; the part-time statutory-holiday hourly rate is 65.1 CNY/hour. The full-time hourly equivalent is 14.6 CNY/hour. These standards exclude the employee's own social insurance and housing fund contributions, overtime pay, and special-condition allowances. Announced by Beijing Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on 2025-07-24.
